We do the Rights!  We help people find the right solutions to their insurance needs at the right price the right way.  We don't sell.  We help.  We pride ourselves in our service to you.  We don't just help the owners and the principals of the firms we work with.  We will help everyone in the group or family. We don't provide you a policy and then go away.  We are there for you.  We also never provide any insurance product or carrier solution if we would not buy that product or carrier ourselves.

Our Business

We have over 40 combined years in the insurance business.  We work with individuals, doctors, dentists, attornies, other professionals, businesses, and other insurance brokers.  We have clients who have been with us since the 1970's.  We provide the same level of service to each of our accounts no matter the size of that account. 

We have over twenty years of experience at the Insurance Company Executive Level meaning we know the inner workings of insurance companies. You don't need to worry that you might not understand how insurance companies operate or the terminology.  We take care of that for you. 

Who We Are

Michele Stephens, Principal

Michele has over 10 years of experience helping individuals with their insurance and investment needs.  Michele now focuses only on insurance.

D. Lane Stephens, CLU, Principal

Lane has 35 years of experience in the insurance business starting as an agent specializing in Disability Income for Physicians, Dentists, Attorneys and Business Owners. He went into Sales Management and ultimately into Regional Sales Vice President roles for three major insurance companies.  His regions were as large as half of the country.  He has extensive experience with individual and group products. 

Jennifer Arrowod, Sr. Vice-President

Jennifer has over 5 years of experience in the insurance business.  Jennifer graduated from the University of Arizona and worked with the Gap in their San Francisco Home Office in their International Finance Organization for four years prior to joining Stephens Insurance Design Group.
